Lianyungang Teampower Technology Development Co., Ltd. has customized a liquefied hydrocarbon metering and loading/unloading unit for a company in Dalian. This system has been stably put into use in its liquefied hydrocarbon loading and unloading operations, providing a one-stop integrated solution for the loading and unloading of hazardous media.

This unit integrates core equipment such as liquefied gas hatches, mass flow meters, pneumatic shut-off valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and combustible gas alarms. The system is equipped with an electrostatic controller and grounding protection devices. On the outside of the unit, there is a dedicated quantitative loading control instrument and an emergency stop button. It achieves precise measurement, intelligent control, and multiple safety interlocks throughout the loading and unloading process. The modular structure significantly shortens the on-site construction period, and its high reliability and safety have been highly recognized by the customers.
